Terms of use
These are the short, plain terms for using Ourmio. By creating an account you agree to them.
What the app is
Ourmio helps a household keep track of bills, appointments, chores, groceries and subscriptions and reminds members before things are due. It is a coordination tool, not a payment service: nothing is paid, charged or moved through the app.
Your account and household
- You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Younger family members join as child members through an invite from an owner.
- You are responsible for what you enter and for whom you invite. Owners can remove members and change roles at any time.
- Keep your sign-in method secure. If you think someone else is using your account, change your password with your sign-in provider and remove the device from your household.
Reminders
Reminders are a convenience. Delivery depends on your phone, its settings and the notification services, so do not rely on the app as the only reminder for something that must not be missed.
Beta software
During the TestFlight beta the app may change, break, or lose data between versions. Please report problems to the address below.
Your data
How data is stored and who can see it is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your account and data at any time from inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to harass household members, to store content you have no right to store, or to interfere with the service. Accounts that do may be removed.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the developer is not liable for missed reminders, lost data or any indirect damage arising from using the app.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. Questions: mooumari@gmail.com.
